Event program

During the evenings, a professional sommelier will always be present to talk about the wines being tasted and their pairing with the dishes on offer, so that you can discover the flavours and tastes of our region's organic produce from a different point of view. Spelt, the other protagonist of the evenings, is a must.

The project was made possible thanks to the "Dalla Vigna alla Tavola" (From the Vineyard to the Table) announcement promoted by the Marche Region, the Agri-food Policies Service and Councillor Mirco Carloni. A project to promote the territory and its products through a series of tastings of quality products from the Marche region that will run until 20 October.

The programme is an evening of "good eating and drinking" to rediscover and savour some regional specialities with a different awareness. 
A dinner with a combination of wines produced in the Marche Region. QM-branded (guaranteed Marche quality) and organic food products will be highlighted thanks to the recipes of local chefs combined with local wines.
